Responsible:
  • Teach individuals with autism to be able to live as independently as possible. This include teaching them self-help skills, gross and fine motor skills, cognition (academic), speech / communication and social skills.
  • Assess the children and prepare individual education plan.
  • Do lesson plan and carry out the lesson.
  • Keeping record of the children's progress.
  • Communicate with the parents about their children's progress and difficulties.
 
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Secondary school/ SPM/"O" Level in any field.
  • Candidate who posses Certificate / Diploma / Advanced Diploma in Special Education or Early Childhood Education, Degree in Psychology / Education are welcomed.
  • Experience is not necessary as training will be provided. Candidates with experience will be an added advantage.
  • Responsible, hardworking, patient and love children with special needs.
  • Ready to take challenges, flexible and creative.
  • Able to work well with others as a team, possess good communication skill.
  • Proficient in English and / or Mandarin.
  • Computer literate.
 
Teachers for secondary age group (2 vacancies)
 
Requirements:
  • Same as above.
  • Preferably male candidates.
  • Candidates with experience teaching and taking care of teenagers with special needs will be an added advantage.

Responsible:
  • Handle all the administrative work related to the society.
  • Do simple book keeping and account.
  • Organize fund raising activities.
  • Help to organize talks and seminars.
  • Help with publicity and student enrolment.
 
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Secondary school / SPM / "O" Level in any field.
  • Able to write letters / notice in Malay, English and Mandarin.
  • Able to do simple bookkeeping / accounts.
  • Candidates with experience in organizing activities and fund-raising will be an added advantage.
  • Responsible, hardworking, love children with special needs.
  • Proficient in Mandarin.
  • Computer literate.
